Listings Overview

The Listings page is your central view of every property FeedSync has processed, across all of your feeds.

What is a listing?​

A listing is a single property, normalised from your feed. FeedSync tracks:

  • Property details — address, price/rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, land and building area.
  • Type — residential, rental, holiday rental, rural, commercial, commercial land, land, or business.
  • Status — current, sold, leased, withdrawn, offmarket, or deleted (see Listing statuses).
  • Under offer — a separate flag a listing can carry while still current.
  • Media — images, floorplans, videos, and documents.
  • Agents — the agent(s) on the listing.
  • Identifiers — the FeedSync ID (FS ID) and your provider's own unique ID.
  • Mod time — the modification timestamp from the source feed.

Filtering & searching​

Filter the list by status, feed, type, price range, suburb, or agent, and use the Search bar to find a property by address, headline, or ID.

Columns​

Click Columns to show, hide, and reorder table columns — IDs, image, headline, type, status, featured, price, address, bed/bath/car, land/building area, agent, feed, and timestamps.

Sorting & pagination​

Click a sortable column header to sort, and use the per-page selector to change how many listings show at once.
