Quick Start
Get your listings flowing from your agency software into FeedSync and out to your website in a few steps.
1. Create a feed
From the dashboard, go to Feeds → New Feed and pick the provider that matches your software and format:
- REAXML — the standard Australian real estate XML format, produced by most CRMs.
- Rockend — for Rockend-sourced data.
A provider also determines how the data arrives. Choose the method that suits you:

| Portal Push | Your software drops files into a folder FeedSync watches. |
| FTP | Your software uploads to FeedSync-hosted FTP credentials. |
| API | Your system pushes REAXML directly via our upload API. |

2. Send your first file
Point your agency software at the feed, or upload a file manually on the feed's Files tab. FeedSync processes it and creates your listings. Follow along in your first sync.
3. Connect a website
Go to Sites and connect your WordPress site using the magic-link pairing flow. Once paired, listing changes sync to your site automatically — no copying API keys by hand.
4. (Optional) Build on the API
