Exporting Listings
Export your listings to CSV for spreadsheets, reporting, or other systems.
How to export
- Go to Listings.
- Apply any filters you want (status, feed, type, price range, suburb, etc.).
- Click Export in the toolbar.
- The CSV downloads automatically.
The export includes every listing matching your filters, not just the current page.
What's included
Standard listing fields, including:
- Identifiers (FS ID and your unique ID)
- Status, type, and featured flag
- Address (suburb, state, postcode)
- Price and rent
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, garages
- Land and building area
- Agent
- Created and updated timestamps
Tips
- To export everything, clear all filters and set the status tab to All.
- To export only live stock for one feed, select the feed and set status to Current.
- Large exports may take a moment to generate.
