Billing

FeedSync uses Stripe for payments. Your card details are held securely by Stripe and never stored by FeedSync.

Managing billing

1. Go to Account → Billing.
2. Click Manage Billing to open the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can:
   • update your card,
   • see Stripe's billing history,
   • manage your subscription and cancellation settings.

Payment methods

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are accepted.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle and always remain visible in the Invoices section. Select Download PDF beside an invoice; older invoices are available with Load more invoices. Depending on the platform setting, downloads use either the FeedSync tax layout or the standard Stripe invoice PDF.

An invoice can be temporarily unavailable while payment is pending or when its customer or tax details need review. Contact support if a settled invoice cannot be downloaded.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe retries automatically over several days and you'll be notified by email. Update your card in the Stripe portal to resolve it. Unresolved payments may eventually suspend processing.

Tax

Eligible AUD purchases include 10% GST in the displayed price. The PDF shows the GST component; it is not added to the amount already paid. GST treatment follows the policy applicable to the purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. A downloaded invoice keeps the original sale total and shows successful refunds separately.
