Billing

FeedSync uses Stripe for payments. Your card details are held securely by Stripe and never stored by FeedSync.

Managing billing​

  1. Go to Account → Billing.
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can:
    • update your card,
    • view and download invoices and receipts,
    • see your billing history.

Payment methods​

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are accepted.

Invoices​

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle and are available in the Stripe portal and from your account.

Failed payments​

If a charge fails, Stripe retries automatically over several days and you'll be notified by email. Update your card in the Stripe portal to resolve it. Unresolved payments may eventually suspend processing.

Tax​

Australian customers are charged GST (10%), shown on your invoices.

Refunds​

Refunds are handled case by case — contact support if you have a billing question.
