Managing Listings
Viewing a listing
Click the eye icon on any row to open the full listing — all fields, images, agents, and the source feed data.
Editing a listing
Click the edit icon to change the status, featured flag, or other editable fields.
Edits in FeedSync don't write back to your agency software. If the same listing is re-processed from a feed file, the feed's values take precedence over your manual changes.
Changing status
Click the status badge in the table to change a listing's status without opening the editor — a dropdown shows the valid options. See Listing statuses.
Featuring a listing
Click the star icon to toggle a listing as featured. Featured listings can be highlighted or sorted to the top on connected websites, and are available via the API's featured endpoint.
Bulk actions
Select listings with the checkboxes, then use the bulk action bar:
- Push to sites — send the selected listings to your connected sites now (see Push sites).
Use Select all to select every visible listing.
Exporting
Click Export to download the current, filtered listing set as CSV. The export respects your active filters — apply filters first to export a subset. See Exporting listings.
Deleting a listing
Open a listing and use the delete option. Deleted listings are soft-deleted, so they can be recovered if needed.
