Your First Sync
Once your feed is connected, FeedSync processes your property data automatically. Here's how to confirm everything is working.
Check the Files tab
Go to Feeds → [your feed] → Files. Files move through three stages:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Input | Received and waiting to be processed. |
| Processed | Imported successfully — your listings are live in FeedSync. |
| Failed | Couldn't be processed (see the reason on the file). |
When a file reaches Processed, your listings have been imported.
Verify your listings
Open Listings and search for a property from your feed. You should see its status (Current, Sold, etc.), address, price, features, and the feed it came from.
If nothing appears after a few minutes, check the Failed tab.
Fix a failed file
A file lands in Failed when it can't be read or contains invalid data. Common causes:
- The file isn't valid REAXML — re-export it from your agency software.
- The transfer was interrupted — the next export usually resolves it.
After fixing the cause, select the file and click Re-process.
Re-processing
You can re-process any file at any time — for example after changing a feed setting or correcting data in your software:
- Go to Feed → Files → Processed or Failed.
- Select the file(s).
- Click Re-process.
FeedSync re-imports the file and updates any listings that have changed.
Re-processing the same file forces FeedSync to treat it as new, so every listing in it is re-evaluated — useful when you've corrected data upstream.
