Add-ons
Some capabilities (such as image hosting) are available as add-ons on top of your plan, with their own pricing. Manage these from the Subscription/Billing screens.
Viewing your plan
Account → Subscription shows your current plan, your usage against each limit, and your renewal date and billing cycle.
Upgrading & downgrading
- Upgrade any time — it takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of your cycle.
- Downgrade is allowed as long as your current usage fits within the lower plan's limits; otherwise remove sites, feeds, or listings first.
What counts toward limits
The key limits are active listings, feeds, connected sites, API requests per minute, and API keys per site. When you approach a limit, FeedSync lets you know; when you hit it, you'll need to upgrade or free up space before adding more.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period; after that, feed processing stops while your data is retained.
