File Upload

You can upload a feed file to FeedSync by hand — no FTP or automation required. It's useful for:

  • Testing a new feed
  • A one-off or catch-up import
  • Re-importing a corrected export

Uploading

  1. Go to Feeds → [your feed] → Files.
  2. Click Upload Files.
  3. Select one or more REAXML (.xml) files.
  4. They're queued for processing immediately.

Uploaded files appear in Input while queued, then move to Processed or Failed when done.

Re-processing

To re-run a file after a fix or configuration change:

  1. Open the Processed or Failed tab.
  2. Select the file(s).
  3. Click Re-process.

FeedSync advances the file's modification time before re-queuing, so the processor treats it as a fresh version and re-evaluates every listing inside it.

Bulk actions

With files selected in Processed or Failed, a bulk action bar appears:

  • Re-process — send the selected files back through processing.
  • Delete — permanently remove the selected files from storage.
caution

Deleting a file only removes it from the file history. The listings it created stay in your database.
