Team Members
Invite colleagues to your agency and give them the right level of access.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
Agency Admin (agency-admin) | Full access — manage feeds, listings, sites, team members, and billing. |
Agency User (agency-user) | Day-to-day access to feeds, listings, and sites, without team or billing management. |
Inviting someone
- Go to Account → Team.
- Choose Invite and enter their email address.
- Pick a role — Agency Admin or Agency User.
- Send the invite.
They'll receive an email with a link to join your agency.
Managing members
From the Team page you can change a member's role or remove their access. Removing a member revokes their access to your agency's data immediately; it doesn't delete their personal login.

Agency Admin and Agency User are the roles for your agency's team. Platform-level support roles are managed separately by FeedSync and aren't assigned from this screen.
